By placing an order with Creative Conceptions Ltd, you are automatically agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions over-rule any terms and conditions on your purchase order or delivery notes.

Value Added Tax: All wholesale prices on the accompanying price list are exclusive of VAT. All suggested retail prices are inclusive of VAT. For our customers outside the UK we require the relevant local taxation number prior to orders being fulfilled.

Prices: Creative Conceptions Ltd reserves the right to change any of the prices to reflect supplier price changes or other factors outside our control affecting the costs of providing the products for you.

Delivery & Carriage: Our standard carriage paid order is £200 net to mainland UK. Orders under this amount will be charged at a rate of £9 + VAT.

Carriage paid for Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands is £400 net. Orders under this amount will be charged at the rate of £18.

We endeavour to dispatch your products as ordered but occasionally damages or shortages may occur. These must be reported to the carrier immediately and then to the sales team at Creative Conceptions Ltd within 24 hours of delivery. All packaging must be retained to enable a full investigation to take place. Please ensure that the delivery docket is signed “damaged on arrival”.

Ownership: Title to the goods shall remain vested in Creative Conceptions Ltd. and shall not pass to the buyer until the purchase price for the goods has been paid in full and received by Creative Conceptions Ltd. Until title to the goods passes:

• Creative Conceptions Ltd. shall have authority to retake, sell or otherwise deal with and/or dispose of all or any part of the goods;

• Creative Conceptions Ltd. and its agents and employees shall be entitled at any time and without the need to give notice, enter upon any property upon which the goods or any part are stored, or upon which Creative Conceptions Limited reasonably believes them to be kept.
